What are digital badges?

A digital badge is a web-enabled version of an applicant's credential evaluation that can be verified online and instantly. For maximum visibility and recognition, they can easily display and share their badge.

How will a digital badge help the applicant?

Badges show employers and peers what the applicant had to do to complete their Skills Assessment and earn the credential, as well as what they are capable of.

A digital badge provides the applicant with a verified credential for the assessment they have completed, increasing their visibility to future employers and possibly assisting them in finding a new job once they have completed their migration journey to Australia.

What does this change mean for you?

The only difference is that applicants now receive a complimentary digital badge, which provides them with an instantly verifiable representation of their skills and capabilities.
