Survey shows New Zealand in top three for expat experience

While Singapore scored highest overall, by placing first in the economics and business sections of the survey, New Zealand was only a short head behind with expats taking part in the survey scoring the country well across the board – including naming it a great place to raise a family.

Survey Shows New Zealand In Top Three For Expat Experience

According to the results of the survey New Zealand ranked highest for experience - bringing the country into their second place position. Sweden topped the poll for family life but placed in behind New Zealand in third position.

A marked change in fitness levels singled out expats in New Zealand: 57% of respondents said they were more physically active in their new home compared with their country of origin. But reflecting the high satisfaction with the overall quality of life in the country (77%), the survey response showed that many of the New Zealand-based expats were long-term, and 71% of them had been there for five years or more.

“New Zealand offers South African expats some amazing opportunities,” muses Robbie Ragless of New World Immigration.
“There is some excellent business and career experience to be gained, education is brilliant and healthcare is of the best in the world,” continued this CEO of South Africa’s leading immigration agency.

Welcoming anyone interested in investigating their immigration options Ragless encourages prospective migrants to contact his team who will provide a free assessment and consultation.
