Applying for working rights to complete practical training whilst using a Study Visa
Do you need to complete your practical training in order to obtain your diploma or bachelors degree?
Not sure which visa to apply for?
Each and every week our consultants receive tons of enquiries requesting a call back to assist foreign students in applying for a work visa to complete their practical training.
Now with the new immigration regulations in place, this has become virtually impossible to apply for a South African Work Visa as students face the following scenarios;
• No work experience in their specific field of study
• No formal qualification to strengthen their application for the position
So are there any alternative routes to easily obtain a work visa?
No, unfortunately there are no alternative methods, but students may apply for working rights to be added to their Student Visa which allows them to complete their practical training without having to apply for a South African Work Visa.
So what do I need to submit to receive this endorsement?
