The critical skills visa allows applicants to live and work in SA which is a 5 year multiple entry visa. Applicants applying for this visa may apply for this without securing a job offer or may apply should they have secured employment in South Africa. Applicant’s applying for the critical skills without a job offer will be entitled to seek employment in South Africa for a period of 12 months. Permanent Residence may be an option to those who wish to apply, provided they can prove 5 years of experience within their line of work.
