New World Immigration Invites All Quota Permit And Exceptional Skills Permit Holders For A Free Assessment

The Department of Home Affairs has recently brought into effect the new immigration regulations on the 26th of May and ever since decided to remove the use of Quota and Exceptional Skills Permit to make room for the newly introduced Critical Skills Visa for a broad range of occupations in South Africa in high demand.

Read our newly updated webpage to obtain more information about the Quota Work Permit!

Over the past week, New World Immigration consultants have received large volumes of calls from concerned foreigners currently holding either a Quota Permit or Exceptional Skills Permit.

New World Immigration has decided to invite all Quota Permit and Exceptional Skills Permit holders for a free assessment to see whether you qualify for a Critical Skills Visa or an Alternative Work Visa.

So how does the New Regulations affect me?

All Quota and Exceptional Skills Permit holders will no longer be allowed to apply for a renewal for these permits. Your status in South Africa will remain legal and valid until your permit expires and therefore it is your responsibility to apply for the Critical Skills Visa if you qualify or apply for an alternative work visa should you wish to continue living and working in South Africa.
